Copy the column header row to a new spreadsheet. (see below, "Original", highlighted in green)
B. In a second row, underneath the original row of column headers, add the new (revised) column header names. (see below, "Revised", highlighted in yellow)
C. Once obtained, you will see a Bulletins tile on your Home screen. Without this permission, you will only be able to View Active Bulletins.

When adding/editing a Bulletin in MRSweb, there are five easy to use fields to set up your Bulletin and its "lifespan".

Title - this is the title of your Bulletin.
Choose a short title (less than 256 characters) that conveys the Bulletin's message concisely. Keep in mind that longer titles will not necessarily fit into the Home screen tiles snugly, however when users open the tile, the full title will be displayed on the View screen. Short and sweet is good practice for Titles

Time Zone - this is not a configurable field, just a label displaying your current Time Zone.
If this is not displaying the correct Time Zone for your current geographic position, check your Mobile device, Tablet, or PC's date and time settings.
Keep this in mind when setting Start and End parameters for your users who may be in different geographic positions or Time Zones.

Start - an optional Start Date & Time for your Bulletin.
By default, Bulletin's have no Start Date & Time. However, you may wish to schedule a Bulletin to only display on the users' Home screens in the future. For example, you may want to remind everyone of that Staff meeting next Tuesday morning.
To set this up, toggle the Start switch to "Yes", and select a Date & Time for the Bulletin to start broadcasting. Using the staff meeting example above, you may want the Bulletin to start broadcasting from Monday 12pm.
If no Start Date & Time is selected (or the Start switch is toggled to "No"), then the Bulletin will start broadcasting immediately, provided the Active switch is set to "Yes".

End - an optional End Date & Time for your Bulletin.
As per Start, by default, Bulletin's have no End Date & Time. However, you may wish to schedule a Bulletin to only display on the users' Home screen up till a certain Date & Time. For example, you may have a Sales Promotion running until Friday close of Business.
To set this up, toggle the End switch to "Yes", and select a Date & Time for the Bulletin to end broadcasting. Using the Sales promotion example above, you may want the Bulletin to end broadcasting on Friday 5pm.
If no End Date & Time is selected (or the End switch is toggle to "Yes"), then the Bulletin will continue broadcasting indefinitely, provided the Active switch is set to "Yes".

Active - a toggle to determine whether the Bulletin should be displayed on user's Home screens (provided the current Date & Time falls between the optional Start and End Dates & Times).
By default, Bulletin's are Active. However, you may want to prepare a detailed Bulletin first, and have another colleague check the contents.
To deactivate a Bulletin, toggle the Active switch to "No".
To reactivate a Bulletin, toggle the Active switch to "Yes".

Message - this is the full message of your Bulletin.
Here you can type all the detail you require regarding the bulletin, user's will only see the first sentence or two on the tiles, however when they open the tile, the entire message will be displayed on the view screen. There is no theoretical limit to the length of the message. The text area will increase in size as you type new lines in the message.

Click Save to have your new/edited Bulletin stored in the database.

Remove Access to Mailbox for Disabled User

https://old.mrsware.com/admins/remove-access-to-mailbox-for-disabled-user

https://old.mrsware.com/admins/remove-access-to-mailbox-for-disabled-user#comments

Disable Users

Mailboxes

Q: How do I make it so a disabled User can no longer access email and MRSware information? Since he is a remote salesman who has MRSware on his phone and computers.A: To disable his MRSware login, go to "Users" in System Administration, right-click on his name and select "Disable". That both prevents login and removes it from billing. If you are going to keep the Mailbox, but don't want him to login via phone/tablet, change the mailbox password. [...]

Q: How do I make it so a disabled User can no longer access email and MRSware information? Since he is a remote salesman who has MRSware on his phone and computers.

A: To disable his MRSware login, go to "Users" in System Administration, right-click on his name and select "Disable". That both prevents login and removes it from billing.

If you are going to keep the Mailbox, but don't want him to login via phone/tablet, change the mailbox password.

Go to the Mailboxes list in System Administration, right-click on his mailbox and select "Set Password". It doesn't matter what you set it to since this is only for remote access, which you are effectively disabling by setting the password to something random.

How to Save & Re-Open Data Analysis Views

https://old.mrsware.com/admins/how-to-save-re-open-data-analysis-views

https://old.mrsware.com/admins/how-to-save-re-open-data-analysis-views#comments

Reports & Data Analysis

Data Analysis is my preferred choice for reporting in MRSware. With Data Analysis you can manipulate the table with the data by sorting, filtering, using pre-set calculations, and even adding custom calculations to the columns. Once you have taken the time to get your report exactly the way you want it, you can save the view so next time you open Data Analysis, you don't have to move the various dimensions around to get it back to your preferred view. This roll-up provides an easy way to see an overview of everything going on within the company.

The roll-up makes it unnecessary to link a journal to both the individual interacted with at the company and the company itself -- that linking is intrinsic from the perspective of the Activity list. However, it is still common practice for Users to do this "double-linking". Since this is the case, it is necessary for our reports to take this into account, in order to provide the expected output when counting up things like "touch points".

This is an obvious example of when a company policy and practice should be discussed and put into place so that all Users at your company are entering and linking their entries in the same way. Consistency of input will result in easier and more accurate reporting on the output.

The Metric parameter on the Customer Touch Points vs Sales Dollars report serves the purpose of allowing the User control of how to total up linked contacts, based on how those contacts and companies are linked in their system.
