To view a report of file storage usage in File Share, on the Menu bar, click on "Go To -> System Administration". In the Administration panel click on "File Share Storage".

File Count: total number of files in the folder
Size of Files (KB): total size, in kilobytes, of files in folder
Revision Count: total number of revisions for files in this folder
Size of Revisions (KB): total size, in kilobytes, of file revisions for files in this folder
The last row of the listing (the table aggregates) shows a total for each column. The total is for all folders listed in the table. The total amount of file storage space used is the total of all the revisions in all the folders -- the bottom right aggregate, total of the Size of Revisions column.
