1) Data Analysis's Sales and Commission Analysis cube shows sales and commissions based on the invoice date. Using the Sales Rep on Invoice dimension, you can look at the commissions by who was assigned to the account at the time the invoice was issued (sales and commissions at the time, regardless of how many times the account has been reassigned). Using the Sales Rep on Customer dimension, you can look at the commissions by who is currently assigned to the account (the total business base of the currently assigned rep).

2) Report Explorer's Sales and Commissions report shows similar information to the Sales and Commission Analysis cube, equivalent to using the Sales Rep on Customer dimension.
