The Power-Motion Technology Representative Association (PTRA) is holding it's annual conference in Lost Pines, TX., a resort just the capitol of Texas, Austin.  Along with the opportunity to explore the history, the arts, and nature parks in the area, PTRA offers it's own activities - a charity walk and a golf tournament.  

The conference schedule includes presentations on the economy, finance, technology, business, and motivation.  The ever popular RepMix is back on Friday and Saturday afternoons.  And don't miss the chance to test your abilities with the mechanical bull during Saturday's Texas style banquet.

April 23-26 in Albuquerque, New Mexico

Nancy and I will be attending the PTRA conference again this year, as we have since 2006.  We look forward to a good show, and to see a lot of the folks in person that we mostly only get to interact with via phone, email, and the occasional web conference.

This PTRA is being held at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Hillside, which is the same venue as the AIM/R conference we attended last fall.  The resort itself is set out from the city quite a bit, in the open area to the northwest.  It is a nice facility with some great walking paths around the expansive grounds, including a couple that wind down to see the Rio Grande as it passes by the property.
