Constant Contact is a popular bulk mailing program used for both marketing and sales functions. Among its main features is to easily reach out to a list of contacts with your message, then track who opens and who clicks on links within. Integrating with MRSware gets your open and link tracking data collected in MRSware, aggregated for sales and marketing effectiveness tracking, and allows for easy follow-up.
This integration allows data to flow both ways between the two systems, some examples of what you can do inclide:
Update Constant Contact from MRSware
Add Contacts to a List
Check a one or more designated Categories in MRSware to have those individuals added to the matching lists in Contact Contact. Unchecking people from those same Categories can remove them from those lists.
Update Contact Data
Many of the standard fields in MRSware and Constant Contact can be shared, so that as it is updated in one place, it gets updated in the other.
Create Contacts
New people can be added automatically if they are missing from either system.
Check a one or more designated Categories in MRSware to have those individuals added to the matching lists in Contact Contact. Unchecking people from those same Categories can remove them from those lists.

Create New List
When a list is created add it as a MRSware Category, connecting them so that individuals from MRSware can be added to the new list.
New Email Open
When a recipient opens an email, add that campaign to the contact's activity.
New Unsubscriber
Remove recipients that unsubscribe from lists from the matching Category.

Import Link Clicks from Constant Contact

Details about past and future campaigns can be exported from Constant Contact and imported directly into MRSware, to fill the activity list, plan for future touches, and discover any missed leads.
